What: We entertain the kids while you enjoy an evening out
Date: Friday, December 9, 2016
Where: Long Creek Elementary Multipurpose Room
Cost: $15 per child, $5 for each additional child. CASH or CARD. PAY AT DROP OFF – Do not send money to school in advance.
Reservations are required.
Snacks, movie, games, and crafts will be provided.
This event is only for kindergarten through 5th grade children who are enrolled at Long Creek Elementary School.
Any belongings, including electronics, brought to this event will be the responsibility of the student to manage. LCES staff and volunteers will not be held liable for missing or broken items.
PARENTS: Please complete registration form below or download the hard copy form, complete the bottom half and return it to your student’s teacher.
TEACHERS: Please place all reservation forms in the PTO mailbox by December 2nd.
